. For the purpose of these rules it is understood that the term“user” refers to persons or organized groups that use this installation in participating inprogrammes organized by the Campsite or renting said sports court.

. Any user can use the padel court after having rented it within the established timetable which can be seen in the reception of the Campsite.

. The use of this installation presupposes the acceptance of the rules, therefore the noncompliance of said rules will justify the expulsion from the installations.

. When the user or users are underage, their parents or guardians will be deemed responsible for the consequences of their actions.

. It is not permitted to eat, smoke or bring alcoholic drinks into the court area.

. It is not permitted to bring bicycles, skates, pets or any other objects in- to the court area.

. The rented time or the contracted use of the court must be strictly adhered to as well as the opening and closing times of the court.

. Only sports equipment must be used-adequate sports clothes and shoes for this sport. Sport shoes with studs (eg. Football boots) are prohibited. Only bats and balls for playing padel may be used.

. Before entering the court the users must remove any dust or mud from their shoes. Also they must leave the court clean and free of any objects that are not part of the court equipment.

. Users are not permitted to raise or lower the net. Only the personel of the Campsite are permitted to do so.

 

. It is totally prohibited to pass from one side of the net to the other side over the top of the net. The entrance gates must be used for this purpose.

. The public or friends of users of the court must remain outside the court at all times. A maximum of 4 users is permitted inside the court.

. Those users who damage the court or installations must pay for the repairs.

. If any user sees any signs of damage to the court or installations, they must notify this to the personnel of the Campsite before using it and then follow any instructions of said personel especially about safety measures.

. The Campsite is not responsible for the loss or theft of anything left in or around the court.

. The Campsite is no responsible for any physical damage to any user while playing the sport.

. The users when booking a slot must declare that they are fit to play physical sports activities.

. The padel court may be booked up to seven days in advance. To formalize the booking, payment must be made when making the booking using any of the ways available to do so, if not then no booking will be accepted.

. To cancel or annul any booking, the following will apply:
a) The non use of the padel court at the times stipulated will imply that no refund will be given.
b) If the booking is cancelled within 24 hours of the booked time no refund will be given.
c) If the booking is cancelled more than 24 hours before the booked time, only the right to rebook will be given if there are free slots within the following 7 days from the original booking.

. The cancelation policy will also apply to those users who buy vouchers for 5 or more games and have bookings for confirmed times and dates, points (a), (b) or (c) will apply.

. It is prohibited to use the court without a previous booking and a paid bill.

. If any persons are found using the court without pre-payment the will be required to pay, if not they will be forced to leave the court.

. If any user is found to continue using the court after their booking time they must pay a surcharge of 30 minute fractions.

. The lights of the court will switch off automatically when the booking time is up, if the users wish to continue they must advise the Campsite.
