1.- ACCESS TO THE CAMPSITE: This is reserved for the registered campers. Anyone else must ask permission at the Reception to enter the site, show their identification document and pay the fixed tariff. They will then have the same right to services as any other camper.

 

 

2.- These regulations will be given to clients on arrival. Entering the site to camp means the total acceptance of these rules and non-compliance could mean eviction from the campsite.

 

 

3.- SIGNING IN: All campers must complete the entrance procedures on arrival, making specific mention of everything subject to payment that they wish to bring into the campsite. The reception staff must be informed of any change the client makes at the time that this change occurs.

 

 

4. - CHOOSING A PITCH OR BUNGALOW.

The management of the campsite reserves the right to choose a pitch or bungalow for the client during the whole length of their stay.

5. - BOOKING OF BUNGALOWS.

Once the client has paid their deposit which will be discounted from their total charge and their arrival and departure dates have been confirmed their bungalow will be kept free for them for 24 hours after their agreed arrival date. After this period if the client has not arrived the campsite reserves the right to make use of the bungalow without giving notice and the deposit will not be refunded to the client.

 

 

6.- RESPONSIBILITY: The company is not responsible for any robbery or loss of any kind or importance that may occur to the clients of the campsite. The management requests that clients collaborate by taking care and adopting due precaution. The company is not responsible for any damage caused either by campers or by the weather or by the fire.

 

 

7.- INSTALLATIONS AND ENERGY: The campers are obliged to use the installations and energy resources of the campsite rationally and responsably. Any anomaly must be communicated to the Reception staff so that only authorized personel may deal with the fault or make electricity connections.

 

 

8.- DEPARTURE: The pitch must be left clean and tidy before 12 a.m. on the day of departure. For the bungalows the latest check-out time is 11 o’clock a.m. The campsite reserves the right to inspect the state of the bungalow and it’s contents which should be as on arrival. If anything is wrong or missing they will be fined. A list of fines is on show in the bungalows and at reception.

 

 

9.- PAYMENT OF THE BILL: Payment must be made on leaving before 12 a.m. when the copy of the entrance invoice must be returned by the client. If a client wishes to stay for a period of over seven days payment should be made weekly. Bungalows must be payed for on arrival, for the total amount of the booked period. Those campers who wish to leave before the reception opening hours must pay their bill on the evening before departure. Reception opening hours is from 8 a.m to 12 p.m.

 

 

10.- REST PERIODS AND NIGHT SILENCE: Please do not molest anyone with loud noise during the day. There must be absolute silence at night from 12 p.m. to 8 a.m. Anyone not complying continuously to these rules will be evicted from the campsite. The nightly information pages made by the night- watchmen may be used as a motive for eviction depending on the gravity of the infraction.

 

 

11.- VEHICLE MOVEMENT.- The traffic signs around the campsite must be obeyed. The maximun speed is 10 km/hour. So that the campers may rest, the movement of vehicles between 12 p.m and 8 a.m. is prohibited. Any camper who wishes to leave the site within this time must leave their vehicle outside before 12 p.m. Any camper who arrives after 12 p.m. must leave their vehicle outside and enter on foot. Vehicles may be left in the spaces outside provided for this purpose.

 

 

12.- LOSS: The loss of anything provided by the campsite for use by clients must be paid for (prices are on show in the Reception). This includes keys for the bungalows, the babies bathroom, the handicapped person’s bathroom, etc.

 

13.- NORMS FOR THE PREVENTION OF EMERGENCY SITUATIONS AND HOW TO ACT IN AN EMERGENCY.
Roads and emergency exits must be kept clear at all times (do not block with vehicles or other objects).
BARBECUES ARE PROHIBITED IN ALL THE SITE.
Do not light fires on the ground.
Always follow any indication made by members of staff, specially in areas where there is a major risk, like the swimming pool.
In case of fire or any other emergency go to the nearest emergency exit. You will find these on the plan of the campsite given to you on arrival. Follow the instructions given to you by the campsite staff. Get as far away as possible from the area where you may be at risk.

14.- NORMS FOR GOOD NEIGHBOURLINESS:
Dogs must always be tied up and wear a muzzle. They must not be allowed to cross any pitch that is not that occupied by their owner. The dog´s owner must make sure that the dog does not use the pitch as a toilet. If a dog does soil the pitch the owner must remove the excrement and deposit it in an appropiate place. The owner of the dog is responsible by civil law as well as economically for any damage caused by the animal to people or installations. It is totally prohibited to have dogs in the bungalows, bathrooms and swimming pool area.

It is prohibited to use gas bottles.
Keep your environment clean with special attention to the common areas.
Respect your neighbour´s private property.

15.- All these norms are taken from the “Inside Rules and Campsite Regulations” and the “Normativa de la Consejeria de Turismo y Deporte de la Junta de Andalucía”, of Decree 26/2018, of January 23, for the organization of tourist campsites, published in the B.O.J.A. The above mentioned degree may be found on show in the Reception, for those who wish to consult it.
